In the event you do cancel your membership we cannot refund the credit card fees charged to us.<\/p>\n<p>In the event that an item you have purchased from us is damaged or broken, please bring into store within 2 days of purchase to exchange or for a refund. Note: BPA Free bottles do not have the metal that other bottles have to harden the plastic compound so they don&#8217;t last as long as PVC or other hard plastic. They may crack or break. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear of an item we sell in the store.<\/p>\n<p>We will not accept for any product or products that appear to be used, soiled, or in any other condition different from the originally purchased condition.
